GVI Facades completed façade works on this landmark development, helping to create an exterior that immediately commands attention.
The building’s distinctive gold façade gives the Residence Inn a strong architectural identity, changing in appearance as light moves across the building throughout the day.
Bold, contemporary and beautifully detailed, the finished façade feels particularly at home within Titanic Quarter.
This is an area defined by Belfast’s industrial and shipbuilding heritage, where metal, engineering and ambitious architecture have shaped the landscape for generations. The metallic tones of the new façade provide a contemporary response to that history – creating something unmistakably modern while complementing the character of its surroundings.
